The PAM Insider llc publishes vendor-neutral cybersecurity education focused on Privileged Access Management. This privacy policy covers all products and properties operated by The PAM Insider llc, including mobile applications, websites, and any other digital products we release.
Our approach to privacy is simple: we do not collect your data. This policy describes that commitment in detail.
Across all The PAM Insider llc products and properties, we do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:
Some of our apps store preferences and progress locally on your device using standard device storage. This data is never transmitted anywhere. Examples include saved terms, completed scenarios, onboarding state, and similar in-app preferences. You can clear this data at any time by uninstalling the app.
None of our products include any analytics SDK, tracking library, advertising framework, or behavioral profiling tool. There are no third-party trackers in our apps or on our websites.
Our products do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use any feature. All content is available immediately with no registration.
If you choose to send feedback using an in-app feedback option, it opens your device's email application with a pre-filled template addressed to thepaminsider@gmail.com. No data is submitted automatically. You choose what to write and whether to send it. We receive only what you choose to include in that email.
Please do not include passwords, internal system details, customer names, or sensitive security information in feedback emails.
If you choose to support the project via a third-party link such as Buy Me a Coffee, you are directed to an independent service with its own privacy policy and terms. The PAM Insider llc does not receive or store any payment or personal information from those transactions.
All websites operated by The PAM Insider llc are static sites hosted on GitHub Pages. They do not use cookies, tracking scripts, analytics, or any form of visitor identification. No personal data is collected through our websites.
Our products are designed for adult professionals working in or learning about cybersecurity and IT. Our products are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Given that we collect no data, substantive changes to this policy are unlikely.
